Very disappointing: cannot remove ads

I downloaded the app to check it out, was pleased with the information provided, especially the ability to see all arrival and departure information for a given airport, including smaller airports, which FlightTrack does not provide anymore. So I decided to pay the $2.79 to remove ads and was advised this option is no longer offered. That is a deal-breaker for me and I have deleted the app. Very disappointing.
